I absolutely LOVE getting up in the morning to find my baby boy ALL smiles! It has got to be the cutest thing ever. Like a good mommy, my first chore is to change that dirty diaper. Now typically, you would think most babies hate to have their diapers changed. Yah, not my son... he L-O-V-E-S it. He just laughs and coos like it is the highlight of his day. It has become the most reliable place to get him to smile and laugh. So apparently his favorite thing in the world is to be on his version of "the shitter" as my hunky husband calls it. Typical male, his favorite place is the THRONE. ha ha.
Speaking of him laughing and cooing, he seems to find it ridiculously hilarious to tell him that he stinks. Yes, he is just like his father and takes pride in the fact that his butt is rancid. The current thing going on in my household is threatening one another with who has to change his poopy diapers. LOL. Of course we don't mind changing them... but it is recommended that you use breath control. Yanno, the whole in through your mouth and out through your nose. This really does take concentration, because my son, the entire time, is laughing his little butt off at you. So it is hard not to lose track and goo goo gah gah at him and get hit in the face with a smell that will definitely blindside you! As I told Hunky Hubs yesterday, "I can't be healthy that something that smells so bad was inside him." True Story.
I've been counting down the days for my SIL, BIL & sweet niece to come visit. It is kinda a big deal since they live on the other side of the planet. I tell ya, that little girl has me WRAPPED around her finger. I keep asking if they will let me keep her, but no such luck so far. I will keep you posted HA HA. Pretty excited about a family trip we are going to make to my other BIL&SIL casa. This is going to be the first time that all the grand babies will be together, and my husband will be with all of his siblings in a few years. Excited to get everyone all together. We plan on taking all the kiddos pictures together, and planning on taking them all to the pumpkin patch. Now you know I am definitely going to be taking pictures of that. Fa' sho. (as they say)
Well, the niece is coming to see us today. Oh and her parents too muahahaha. Don't you love how the babies are the important ones and the parents are just chopped liver?? So worth it cause these munchkins are tooooo precious. I shall bid you all adieu... until next time.
